Don't believe the reply below. @GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum still will not resolve the issue. I moved 6 phone lines over, and asked for unlimited. they gave me by the gig service, and will not fix it. Now I'm paying more than I would with @Verizon . Total scam.

@LtGovHusted @JonHusted It's funnyI live here in Cambridge Frontier had internet here then they discontinued it because they didn't have enough customers Now @GetSpectrum is pulling lines thru here as if it's they're our savior. It's so damn expensive there's no point getting. I'll stick to my phone

STL is under threat of hail and tornados this afternoon and @ATT has this poor guy is walking door to door in the downpour, with thunder and lightening, pitching for people who might have outages with @GetSpectrum in the area. What the actual **** is wrong with your company?

@GetSpectrum @Ask_Spectrum Offered a good deal for my mobile service, didn't give me the deal when I asked for it, and not will not fix it. Don't believe their offers. They are dishonest business people. And cost me $1,200 to @Verizon to pay phones off early! Crooks!

@Ask_Spectrum Infrastructure happens, but it would be rad if you knew when your stuff broke before your customers did. Bonus points if you sent a text message to the number associated with the account with an outage alert an ETA for when it'll be back up.

@Ask_Spectrum after ordering installation/service was my account was mixed with a random person. AFTER spending 2 hours of my life bounced around on “customer service” calls to correct the fact that my address was totally wrong. I get a call this morning to confirm my email
