What is vision?
Vision is the ability for your eyes and brain to work together to identify, process and react to an object or perform a skill. Vision is different than sight (20/20, 20/40, etc.) and many individuals with great sight have poor vision, which ultimately catches up to them when they progress through their careers.
What is vision training and how can it be improved?
Vision is a trainable skill, just like any other muscle in your body, and something that can be enhanced through proper guidance. Vision training works to improve the speed and efficiency at which your eyes are able to tell your brain to tell your body what to do. Vision training needs needs to be consistent, customized and progressive, to ensure improvement.
