MARKS AND SPENCER is still offering the dine in for two meal with wine despite the coronavirus lockdown. What is available in the dinner deal?

M&S chef shows to take roast chicken to the 'next level'
High street chain Marks & Spencer is still offering the dine in for two meal deal despite the ongoing coronavirus lockdown. The deal lets shoppers pick up a main, side, dessert and bottle of wine or non-alcoholic drink for just £12.

There is a wide variety of products including vegetarian options.
The website states: “M&S Food halls are open. We have daily deliveries from our fantastic suppliers, and we are restocking the shelves throughout the day so customers can stagger their shopping trips.”
Marks and Spencer also paired up with Deliveroo and BP which will allow customers to get M&S food delivered to their door within 30 minutes.
Those who order on the app can pick up essentials including bread, milk and tinned goods.

It is reported that 120 M&S franchises in BP service stations have signed up to take part.

However, M&S warn that wine selection will vary store to store and that there could be some shortages due to coronavirus.
Also across the UK the M&S essentials box has gone on sale for £35.
M&S followed in Morrison’s footsteps after they announced they were offering a service for those vulnerable and unable to get out for groceries.
Unlike Morrisons’ version, shoppers will know what’s inside each box before it arrives.

If you’re over 70 and have a Sparks card, M&S say that your order will be prioritised.
M&S have also implemented social distancing measures in store and staff have been provided with additional hygiene products to use and extra cleaning is taking place in store.
Supermarkets across the country have also introduced special opening hours which reserve the first hour of trading for essential workers.
For the foreseeable future, M&S have announced that they will be doing the same.
On Monday and Thursday it is reserved for the vulnerable and the elderly, Tuesday and Friday is for NHS and emergency service workers as well as health and social care workers.
